Product Description

Application	The modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive is perfect for in wood, MDF, particleboard, thick sandwich panels, speakers, furniture assmbly, paper pasting and so on.

Instruction



Keep substrates moisture content of 8%-12%.


Keep substrates surfaces plat, free of oil, grease, or dust.


The best temperature to use this adhesive is 10~40℃.


Ensure the amount of glue is in 180-240g/sqm. Too more or too less can affect curring. The drying speed will be slower if brushing too more while too less can lead to a lack of glue.


The pressure should be 3-8kg/cm²after applicated.


Curring time depends on humiture: The higher temperature, the faster curring; The higher hunidity, the slower curring. Keep press time on more than 4hours in 30℃-40℃, 6 hours at below 30℃.


Stand still for 24-72 hours after pressure relief.







Storage



This adhesive should be stored in cool, dry place;


The best stroage temperature is from 5℃-40℃;


The shelf life is 6 months in room temperature;


Higher temperatures reduce normal storage life;


Do not store at below 5℃,otherwise the glue will be frozen;


Heating in hot water or warm temperature of 20-40 if freeze happens. Then it can be normally used after thaw.
