Description

Hot Shrinkable Tape of steel pipe is a new kind of anti-corrosion material for steel tube weld with good

performance and simple operation. It is composed of two layers of base material and hot-melt adhesive

layer.The base material is the plastic casing (sheet material) formed by extrusion, radiation cross linking

and stretching of polyethylene material. Hot melt adhesive is a special adhesive. Solid at room temperature.

Heating in a molten state can flow, can be coated on the substrate. Good adhesion to metal and plastic.

The outer anti-corrosion layer of steel tube is usually three-layer structure (also known as three-layer PE

anti-corrosion). Contact with steel pipe is antiseptic paint primer. Hot Melt Glue is in the middle. The

outermost layer is cross linked polyethylene.

High chemical resistance. resists impact, abrasion and ultraviolet light.

Excellent resistance against cathodic disbondment, dielectric breakdown.
